Rob Pilger's new gym Old Skool Fight Sports & Fitness Academy is now open in
Columbus Ohio.

The gym specializes in boxing, but also offers muay thai, and American kick boxing.
Students can compete in registered matches.

Group training and classes are available. For those that don't want to compete we
still teach the art while you gain the conditioning and self defense benefits.

OSFSFA bridges old school boxing with 21st century sports science.

We focus on teaching the science of boxing using old school real boxing techniques
that are just brushed over now a days. We pride ourselves with brining the sweet
science back to amateur ( non Olympic boxing ) and professional boxing.

We also strive to offer the best performance enhancement programs for fight sports
possible.

The phase one part of the gym is well equipped with a 14x14 ring ( No runners!
)heavy bags, speed bags, double end bags, upper cut bags, maize ball, and an
assortment of basic strength/conditioning equipment such as dumb bells, barbells,
bands, chains, swiss balls, foam rollers, sleds, tires, etc.

We have programs for young kids all the way to adults. From the at risk youth to the
white collar professionals, all benefit from our workout programs.
